    $130

    Individual arts therapy fosters the physical, grounding, and tactile nature of art to occupy the mind and body. This private one on one session would be suitable for any client, as it would be centered around personal goals/needs for the duration of 50 minutes.

    Initial consultation meetings are available to ensure arts therapy is right for you/your child. (Free of charge).

  • Telehealth Arts Therapy

    $130

    Online sessions allow participants to engage with arts therapy safely during this Covid environment. As well as providing the added comfort of the security of your own home. This places health in all senses, at the forefront of our busy lives. Sessions last 50 minutes and are connected via Zoom.

Inner Champions Group

7 to 10 years old

$250 (6 weeks)

Inner Champions emphasizes the fundamentality of comfort, and its intrinsic role in communicating a person's boundaries, emotional responses, and welfare. As the value of self-reliance becomes increasingly relevant in our growing and ever-changing world, this program caters and supports young people's needs. It employs the benefits of creativity in order to encourage the outward expression of unique values, opinions, and perspectives. This art based therapy course would be beneficial for participants who may experience any number of symptoms, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, identity issues, eating disorders, learning difficulties, and mental health issues.

Self Confidence Group

11 to 14 years old 

$250 (6 weeks)

Self-confidence is an essential element of identity, representing and upholding the foundation of our personality. This strength-based group has therefore been created to address the demands of modern living. Allowing participants to explore the world of expression through declarations of independence and personality, no matter how big or small. Ultimately leaving clients with a sense of satisfaction, pride, and contentment. This art based therapy course would be beneficial for participants who may experience any number of symptoms, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, identity issues, eating disorders, learning difficulties, and mental health issues. 

Self Love Group

15 to 19 years old 

$250 (6 weeks)

Self-love has become a prominent term in the vocabulary of society. This group provides structure to self-love, helping participants develop their self-awareness, resilience, and understanding of who they are. Enabling members to connect with like-minded creative individuals, and execute the practice of self neutrality. This group would be beneficial to participants (but not limited to) who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, identity issues, eating disorders, learning difficulties, and mental health issues. s x c c

Creative Hearts Group

8 to 12 years old 

$250 (6 weeks)

Starting 4th November 2022


This group highlights and expands upon the assets of the neurodiverse; promoting self-awareness and relationship building through art therapy. This six-week adventure encourages participants to feel confident and proud of their own identities, as they benefit from group work within a safe space. This enables individuals to explore friendships, gain an understanding of themselves, and celebrate their unique differences; setting them up with specialized tools and skill sets for life.

Please note no diagnoses required to attend this or any of the groups.

Imagine. Paint. Create! Juniors

5 to 12 years

In this lighthearted relaxation based course, participants will build Mindful skills to improve attention, self-regulation and kindness. Taking place on a Friday afternoon, the activities listed in the program would benefit young people wanting to connect with other creatives in a safe and nurturing environment. The artistic liberation of this course allows members to connect with their imaginations, providing the opportunity for them to utilize inventive expression as an outlet for thoughts and emotions. This will teach participants the value of their own and others originality, while improving both general morale and wellbeing.

13 to 18 years

The Creative outlet course provides the unique opportunity to explore art therapy and mindfulness. From self-regulation to self-confidence, this safe and nurturing environment provides a space for adolescents wanting to connect with other creatives. This allows participants to present their thoughts and emotions in an alternate visual way, focussing on the act of inventing, rather than the final product. In turn displaying the value of originality and collective, while inspiring fun, kindness, relaxation, and thoughtfulness.

Please note

  • The ages restrictions are only a guideline. For example: Your child may be 13 years old but socially prefers connecting with 11 year olds, please contact me to discuss further.

  • Siblings are able to attend the same group no matter the age gap.

  • There are minimum and maximum number of spaces available within each group. (Group sizes vary)

  • Groups will only run if minimum number of spaces are filled.

  • Full payment must be made before the first session unless otherwise discussed.

  • If Covid-19 restrictions prevent face to face sessions then Zoom sessions will be available.
